  • How do I know where the shuttle is?
    Check out our Live map, it will show you where you can meet us?
  • Is there a specified drop off point?
    Nope! Though we have a pickup point, we will drop you off wherever you need to go. As long as it is within our 5 mile radius. Our driver will determine order of drop offs based on who all is in the electric shuttle with you.
  • How do I know when a ride is free?
    When rides are sponsored, they are free to you! Each day, we will post whether we are being sponsored or not. If we are not, it is a $5 flat fee.
  • How do I pay for my ride?
    You can pay with your credit card once you hop into our electric shuttle. Our driver will take care of that for you. We also accept cash and venmo?
  • What if I can’t get to the central pick up spot?
    That’s not a problem. We will pick you up wherever within our 5Sin mile radius. Just book us and our shuttle is on the way.
  • How far in advance do I need to book a pickup/dropoff?
    For same day request, just give us a call for a faster response. Anything else, fill out the form on our book page, and we will be in touch?
  • What do I do if I need to cancel a reservation?

  • Can I still request a ride in inclement weather? Rain, snow?
